Steel strips

By the use of complex machines and special tools which we can manufacture in our own toolmaker's shop, we are able to make an offer for each specific inquiry:

• highly efficient steel strip products (according to production process DIN 8580)
  
• can also be produced as finished component
  
• pressed parts, bent stampings and stampings which are part of a component and, therefore, have e. g. to be conglutinated, riveted, clinched, welded etc.

• leaf and form springs made of all cold-hammered (PT strip, Ravell, 1.4310) and soft materials (iron, copper, brass, stainless steel)
  

Manufactured by means of modern and high-performance automatic punching machines as well as Bihler cutting and bending presses.

Strip thickness: 0,2 - 4,0 mm
Strip width: 5,0 - 320 mm
